Summary
CHS North West is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative in Sumner, WA. This person will handle a variety of customer service inquiries and problems received through multiple channels, including telephone, fax, email, text, or other web/internet media. Working under general supervision, this role involves troubleshooting customer issues, initiating actions for repair, replacement, return, or field service, and referring complex cases to higher authorities. The representative will also support lower-level staff on non-standard cases and may promote alternative products or services. Key qualifications include at least one year of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, handles a variety of customer service inquiries and problems received by telephone, email, text or other web/internet media.
- Inquiries are generally routine but may require departure from standard scripts or procedures.
- Provides support to lower level staff on non-standard cases where policy and practice are not formalized or documented and individual case determination may be required.
- Reviews and troubleshoots customer problems and initiates action for repair, replacement return or field service; or refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
- May promote alternative products or services.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
- Abilty to read, write and communicate in Spanish, preferred

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
