Rural Mail Carrier Associate

**Job Summary:** As a Rural Carrier Associate with the US Postal Service, you will be responsible for delivering mail to customers along a prescribed rural route. This role involves operating a vehicle to transport mail, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of mail delivery.

• Deliver mail to customers along a designated rural route
• Operate a vehicle to transport mail
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of mail delivery, including any issues or concerns
• Loading and unloading mail from the vehicle
• Daily trip reports and maintenance of a list of customers on the route

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to undergo regular training and performance evaluations.
