About the Role
  • Process various financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments, within a geographic area.
  • Balance cash drawers accurately, counting currency and coin.
  • Assist customers in determining account types that meet their financial needs.
  • Open and process deposit and loan accounts, including complex retail products.
  • Cross-sell other bank services and refer customers to relevant departments.
  • Answer technical questions and resolve complex customer account issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with bank regulations for assigned job functions.
About You
  • Prior experience handling cash.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Organize and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel software applications and ability to operate office equipment.
  • Confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy in maintaining professional dress and demeanor.
  • Demonstrated sales skills.
