Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities::
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize iCIMS ATS to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and facilitating the interview process.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring compliance with established contracts and service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition, incorporating new ideas and innovations into recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team and the organization.

  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple internal clients and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting recruitment efforts in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) are a plus.
