We have 23 locations in the PNW. This position is located in Ferndale, WA. The Inside Counter Sales responds to customer inquiries or complaints via the phone or in person at the branch sales counter regarding Thermal’s products or services and assists customers by writing up orders, quotes, and providing additional information as required to make the sale. Responsibilities:

Execute all aspects of the counter sales function including order entry and answer branch phones Existing account management – call on occasion to check on customer satisfaction Serve as the primary contact with accounts – develop excellent relationships Provide customers with product and delivery information Process purchase orders and requests for quotes Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction Keep current on competitive activity and pricing Support and implement all Company promos with all customers Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications:

General knowledge of Refrigeration/HVAC wholesale experience Product knowledge and understanding of the Refrigeration and HVAC industries Comprehends Thermal’s Inside Sales, Warehouse, and delivery functions Excellent knowledge of the products that Thermal Supply sells Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Shows good judgment and demonstrates calmness under pressure Excellent computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and proactive, self-motivated, and willingly seek opportunities to benefit Thermal Supply Positive approach towards customers and fellow staff members Thinks creatively and identifies sales opportunities Able to communicate with customers in person or on the phone Good organizational skills Pay range: $20-$22 Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
