LOCATION:
Public Service Building, Salem, OR
SALARY:
$4,221 - $6,137 per month Non-PERS Rate
$4,474 - $6,504 per month PERS Rate
Plus, an additional 5% Bilingual Differential upon successful completion of required language testing
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide customer support in the Corporation Division through phone calls, emails, and in person.
Assist with processing documents related to Apostille, Notary, UCC, and Business Registry filings.
Interpret laws, rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
Research agency records to respond to inquiries.
Document phone calls and refer customers to other resources when needed.
File documents for various registry types.
TO QUALIFY:
Your application must demonstrate:
- Three years of contact/call center or Public Service Representative experience.
- At least two years dealing with the public providing information and assistance.
- Preference for high-volume call center experience, strong writing skills, and multilingual abilities.
Additional Requirements:
This position is bilingual (English/Russian) and requires passing language tests.
