Summary: The Analyst position is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all downtime and reduced throughput related activities including Regulatory PM requirements at Plants and Facilities as well as Pipeline Integrity, Construction, and Encroachment projects on all key Intrastate Natural Gas assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review and process all outage and maintenance requests daily. Contact field personnel to gather information associated with each project and identify specific details for commercially impacted locations. Interpret project requirements, analyze risks associated with commercial impacts, organize, plan and facilitate project scheduling to mitigate the potential for lost revenue. Utilize the companies SCADA system and GMAP program along with the DTR calendar and DTR Tracker to synchronize various projects and help minimize impacts to the overall system. Ensure all outages do not conflict with other projects and help prioritize scheduling requirements. Maintain constant communication with Gas Control and Commercial Optimization on pending approvals. Communicate all 3rd Party notification requirements to the Contracts group to meet contractual obligations. Ensure Operations personnel continue to follow proper procedures for submitting DTR's in a timely manner. Manage all pending approval requests daily to ensure timely communication of scheduled events. Monitor DTR statuses daily to ensure none are suspended at any level. Send weekly email alerts to Gas Control & Commercial Optimization on pending approvals. Update DTR Tracker as needed to maintain accuracy of current information. Maintain spreadsheets of forecasted events and analyze daily nomination requirements. Network Drive Management:

Upload all Final approvals to the corresponding folders on the network drive for archiving purposes. Upload all relevant correspondence and detailed project files to the corresponding folders on the network drive. Generate subfolders for all contract notification letters for archiving purposes. Organize project folders weekly to promote efficient use of historical documentation.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Generate and maintain annual spreadsheets of Encroachment and Integrity related projects. Update spreadsheets weekly to identify DTR submissions of upcoming projects. Maintain constant communication with Operations, Integrity and Encroachments to ensure accurate scheduling. Review Scopes of Work for all projects and attach them to the corresponding DTR for reference purposes and upload a copy to the network folder. Notify Operations of forecasted events as well as any unplanned events coming up in their areas. Attend various conference calls daily for project related activities. Update DTR's with detailed information gathered from project related calls. Communicate all changes to Gas Control, Commercial Optimization and Contracts for potential action requirements. Fill in as needed for the Monthly Maintenance meeting with Commercial Optimization and Gas Control. Generate queries from the DTR Tracker for monthly project meetings. Periodic travel to monitor ongoing projects and attend field meetings with Operations. Help with department and business needs in any way possible.

Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: The Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of relevant experience. Natural gas field operations, compression, processing and scheduling experience preferred Must have strong organizational skills Must have strong verbal and written skills Must possess multitasking capabilities Must have computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Projects, Outlook, and SharePoint Must be able to be on call to respond to emergency Downtime Requests after hours, weekends, and holidays as events demand Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level: The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience Working Conditions: Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
