The Pipeline Engineering Analyst will leverage tools such as AutoCAD, Power BI, ArcGIS, Excel, PIVVOT, and R (among other tools) to create actionable business intelligence that supports pipeline engineering project work, system design, and economic analysis in the oil, gas, and renewables industries.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:With supervision, prepare basic specifications for project assignments detailing client performance requirements, specific component needs, design requirements, applicable design codes, and vendor drawing requirements.Utilize Power BI, R, and other tools to analyze data and create insightful visualizations that drive business decisions.Analyze and interpret "big data" to support routing, construction and business development needs using business analytics tools.
