The Specialist is a member of the Procurement & Supply Chain department and CareSpot Center Support Team. This position acts as a key contact for the Center Operations team and Company vendors. The Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist must possess strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication and must excel at customer service and organizational skills. This position supports all areas of the department in meeting company goals and objectives. This includes field support, new center openings, supplier relationship management, contract administration, documentation and training, cost reduction projects, invoice processing, data analysis, and special projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and vendor teams.
Provides excellent service and assistance to Center Managers and Regional Directors to maintain equipment, supply, and service programs.
Acts as first point of contact with assistance from Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to track, address, and resolve field requests related to equipment, supplies, services, special orders, supplier escalations, etc.
Supports team with contract administration, cost management projects, invoice reviews, etc.
Participates in cross-functional continuous improvement projects and strategic planning.
Assists in the development of processes and procedures to meet individual and department objectives.
Responsible for additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions, including, but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, contracts, patient records, time records, and financial transactions.

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:
3+ years customer service experience required
2+ years related experience in customer operations, supply chain management, purchasing, accounting, or supplier relationship management
Healthcare industry experience preferred

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Versatility - willing and able to demonstrate/develop broad skills within the supply chain
Organizational skills - able to demonstrate time management, planning, tracking, and prioritization
Interpersonal skills - critical for customer service and vendor relationship management
Professional communication and soft skills required - written and verbal
Analytical skills - Intermediate Excel experience required
