Account Manager - Entry & Mid-Level, $50,000 Annual Base Salary

Our client is seeking highly-skilled and motivated professionals to join their team as Recruiting Managers in both entry and mid-level capacities. Successful Recruiting Manager candidates should be comfortable working independently and should possess robust verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates should have the ability to assess and evaluate candidates using a variety of criteria and should possess a self-driven work ethic.

Role Responsibilities:

·         Work in tandem with senior recruiting team members to identify, attract, and retain new talent.

     Employ talent acquisition best practices to attract new sources of talent.

     Work in partnership with other recruitment team members to manage and oversee all company job board postings.

     Create and post job descriptions to job board platforms and interact with interested candidates with the utmost professionalism.

     Interact with candidates on behalf of the company and conduct pre-screening interviews to determine candidate eligibility.

     Employ exceptional verbal communication skills to showcase the benefits of open positions and assess candidate proficiencies using predetermined criteria.

     Conduct and/or schedule additional interviews with appropriate team members as required.

     Work in tandem with HR staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process, conduct pre-employment screenings, and obtain all required pre-employment documentation.

     Ensure compliance with EEO and other state and federal regulations.

     Perform other duties as assigned.
