The HR Coordinator drives our mission by providing support to the Engineering HR team and Tesla employees. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy. This is a hands-on, tactical role in which the ideal candidate is customer centric and solutions oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Be the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies, processes and benefits
  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reporting
  • Partner with HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement lasting solutions
  • Provide administrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-pace environment
  • Dependable team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with handling confidential information
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs

    • Expected Compensation

      $23.20 - $51.60/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
