Job Description:
Were looking for someone who demonstrates a positive attitude, customer service skills, problem solving skills and Maximo hands-on Tech Support who can work collaboratively with teammates and business stakeholders.
In this position the Senior IT Software Developer will perform Maximo technical support duties and implement Maximo system enhancements and conduct application testing and assist with relevant Water System Operations (WSO) and IT projects.
This position is needed to fulfill Water System Operation's strategic asset/maintenance management initiatives and ensure sufficient technical support for Maximo.
Job Duties:
Perform Maximo technical support duties including but not limited to troubleshooting, configuration changes, system integration, resolving application issues, workflow issues, and data integrity issues per requirements.
Conduct application testing and assist with relevant Water System Operations (WSO) and IT projects.
Desired Skills:
Experience providing technical support for Maximo 7.6.1.3 (or later).
Experience with IBM Maximo EAM technology and providing Maximo technical support in areas such as: application configuration, database configuration, automation scripts, MIF (Maximo Integration Framework) interfaces, security, escalation, workflows, migration manager, etc.
Proficient knowledge of relational database and Maximo's data model.
Experience using programming languages such as: Oracle PL-SQL, Oracle SQL, Python, Java, C#, xaml, xml, SOAP and/or REST APIs.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, customer service skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates and business stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience.
Or masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience.

The hiring range for this position is
$62 to $70 per hour.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
