Call Center Representative The Call Center Rep role is a valuable part of the Rebuilt sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound and/or taking inbound calls, emailing, and chatting with a prospective seller as their first point of contact. You will skillfully build rapport while gathering and analyzing information about their property. You will also document what you’ve learned along the way and then set qualified appointments before passing this opportunity on to your in-market colleague. Position Responsibilities: Leads engaging interactions with prospective sellers Builds rapport, and ask questions to obtain property details Navigates different prospective seller styles and encourages them to converse around their prospective property Warmly, but directly broaches challenging topics like motivation, price, and other expectations Uses critical thinking skills to evaluate information and make the right qualifying decisions in real-time, based on the Rebuilt Sales Process and other Sales Support resources Documents and communicates important information obtained from a prospective seller to ensure a smooth hand-off to Market Manager colleagues Structures working hours to address immediate, time-sensitive opportunities first and then transition to other important tasks such as lead follow-up or tracking down property owners Follow-up and nurturing of all leads Researches and evaluates market and property data from different sources Analyzes these different data points to make the right qualifying decisions for Rebuilt Well-versed in using systems, platforms, and scheduling (calendars) to advance opportunities Aims for continuous professional growth around real estate and sales effectiveness All other duties as assigned Position Requirements: 2+ years of customer care, contact center, inbound or outbound work experience – preferably in real estate, sales, retail or entrepreneurship A real estate license is a plus A desire to help people together with inner confidence and resolve to navigate challenges, steer conversations, and get results Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects, handle frequent changes effectively and professionally, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Proficient in developing research and communication skills Strong communication skills in person and over the phone to communicate important information across teams Knowledge of Excel, calculating simple formulas, create pivot tables, creating limited reports Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, internet research, organization, and communication skills Effective decision-making skills and an ability to execute under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication A desire to learn and grow with a financially stable and reputable, high-growth organization and industry Must be located in Nashville, TN Ability to work hybrid work schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
