We are hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to support the company’s growing finance and capital market activities. The role will be responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer and company leadership with corporate- and project-level financial planning, capital market and borrowing activities, and M&A execution. The individual will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, serve as an important liaison between the FP&A and accounting teams and company leadership, and have an influential voice in corporate strategy and investor engagements. The hire will begin as an individual contributor but will be positioned to assume managerial responsibilities quickly with demonstrated performance. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of corporate and project financial models and analysis to support decision-making and business planning Partner with company leadership to update annual budgets and the company’s five-year financial forecast (three-statement financial model and supporting schedules) Evaluate corporate investment and M&A opportunities Assist with the development of investor marketing materials and investor engagement in future capital market activities Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (finance, accounting, economics background preferred but not required) Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial consulting, or investment banking roles with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling (three-statement, LBO, and M&A) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with other financial software and data visualization platforms is a plus Organized and articulate presentation skills Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving Has a collegial and communicative approach to getting things done in a fast-moving work environment Nice to Have:

Aerospace & Defense industry exposure if not experience Experience with M&A, bank financings, and other capital market transactions MBA or CFA valued but not required What we offer:
