Essential Functions:

  • Answer all incoming calls and return voicemails daily
  • Email filing daily
  • Handles office attendance log?
  • Handle?maintenance related issues to the printers,?copiers, telephones,?etc.?
  • Handle additional tasks as required
  • Handle attendance concerns for all employees
  • Assist HR and Payroll offices with all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience, HR experience is a plus
  • 3+ year of experience working with Microsoft Office Products
  • Detail?oriented within a fast-paced environment?
  • Integrating?information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
  • Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping
  • Effective corporate communication skill
  • Work effectively on a team and across the organization
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to consistently meet deadlines
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
