Bring operational, change management and/or transformation expertise to assist asset management teams to drive positive outcomes through asset transition and asset ownership.
Transactions:
  • Assist with transaction execution including investment review, analysis, and assessment of new infrastructure opportunities, together with working on transition plans to onboard new investments.
Relationships:
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant investment peers, managers, and advisers who can assist in the execution of the Real Assets Strategy, specifically by providing insights on best practice asset management.
Talent:
  • Develop and coach junior team members and foster a positive team environment that is centered on continued value creation.
What you'll need

Culture is key at AustralianSuper and we are looking for someone who is a team player that enjoys working in a high performing collaborative team.
  • Significant experience (12+ years) in portfolio asset management, strategy consulting, change management, transformation and/or operational roles, preferably within infrastructure or property assets.
  • Ability to engage with and establish relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally (i.e., asset board members).
  • Ability to build relationships with asset teams to implement process improvements and drive positive outcomes.
