JANSSEN NEUROSCIENCE is part of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies.The Product Director (PD), Omnichannel Strategy will reside within the Janssen Neuroscience Organization and reports to the Group Product Director (GPD), Digital Strategy. You will work to take our digital strategy to the next level by evolving how we communicate and educate healthcare providers, population health decision makers, patients and caregivers across channels offering outstanding customer experience. Working closely with brand marketing colleagues and their agencies, you will help enable strategically aligned, compelling, timely and personalized content at scale, and build repeatable and scalable capabilities to modernize our communication capabilities. You will lead franchise communication strategy and grow our promotional database. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Orchestrate work across internal and external partners to align on omnichannel program vision and key decisions to drive upgraded HCP and decision maker omnichannel experiences, including prioritized audience segments, content strategies and asset development, campaign journeys, critical campaign metrics and learning plansPartner with Media Excellence team to optimize digital media asset creation across all digital platforms aligned with the Marketing and Commercial organizations strategic prioritiesBuild strong strategic partnerships across Janssen and externally to drive innovation pilots to transform how digital content is developed and scaled to support omnichannel proliferationWork with Commercial Excellence (Insights/Analytics, Omnichannel Operations and Media Excellence) to establish key performance indicators for omnichannel campaign experience, media investments and to evaluate performance / optimization opportunitiesOwn franchise-wide, HCP target list process, drive overall customer acquisition strategy and build franchise communication strategies and campaigns to increase overall engagements and prepare for future businessStay on top of the evolving J&J capabilities and expertise (DT&CE, PECS, JJT, CS&O, Media Excellence, etc.) ensure effective utilization for omnichannel planning, execution and measurementModel new and collaborative processes across functions that enable standard omnichannel methodologies and connect dots for customer across engagementQualifications5-7 years of experience in pharma marketing is required2-3 years of omnichannel, digital experience, and/or agency experience requiredPractical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA regulatory and legal environment and HCC regulations is requiredExperience with cross channel, journey-based promotional execution preferredExcellent leadership, problem solving and management skillsInterpersonal flexibility to partner effectively with partners in various functions and at various levels. Ability to influence without authority and champion changeDemonstrated history of leading agency relationships experience requiredAbility to connect the dots: Following advances in technology and analytics, understand critical success factors and generate experiences that truly address the needUnderstanding of machine learning models and execution in promotion preferredBeing innovative, proactive, and analytical with excellent overall business insight and risk tolerance to innovate new ways of digital communication is neededAbility to think strategically. Can operate in two worlds - big picture orientation with attention to detailAgile individual, capable of learning quickly and broadly with ability to grow Strong organization, project and time management skills and ability to effectively lead a project from its initiation to deliveryThis position is based in Titusville, NJ. Expectation to be on site Mondays Wednesdays weekly. May require up to 20-25% domestic travel. The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
