Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Director Customer Management, North America for our Janssen Supply Group, LLC team

This role will lead the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) function for assigned Therapeutic Area collaborating with Commercial and Supply Chain leadership. Will provide Supply Chain point of accountability to Commercial leadership. The Therapeutic Area assignment contributes to overall Nort America revenue USD 33+Bn. The position requires strong work ethic and leadership to drive outstanding business outcomes and meeting needs of customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Integrated Business Plan (Co-lead with Commercial the Portfolio Management Review, support Demand Planning review, co-lead with Finance the Integrated Reconciliation IBP step and co-prepare the Management Business Review (MBR) on be-half of the IM Supply Chain regional leader for the TA (s) he / she is accountable for.
- Develop and oversee integrated Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) strategy for NA region in close collaboration with the regional TA commercial leader and other relevant partners.
- Monitor and communicate progress of regional strategy and tactics, and risk mitigation, to ensure business success (IMSC leadership/Organization and Commercial leadership/organization.)
- Develop a deep understanding of the NA region including customer needs, macro-economic, policy, distribution channels, competitive landscape, and overall therapeutic area(s.)
- Lead a team that consistently demonstrates strong work ethic and collaboration to achieve outstanding outcomes, while offering guidance and support.
- Identify risks and opportunities for growth and provide recommendations and solutions to senior management.
- Develop Supply Chain tactics, action plans and value metrics to implement regional strategy.
- Partner with IMSC Strategy & Deployment and Value Chain Teams to support Product/Portfolio Strategy development and execution.
- Partner with Value Chain Management (VCL/SCDL) to support new product launch strategy and execution in North America region.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Commercial, and/or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong understanding of commercial/business strategy, its drivers, and how it relates to supply chain operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confirmed ability to lead, communicate, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong motivation and determination to excel and achieve outstanding outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams with varied strengths

**Preferred**:

- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
- Consistent track record of developing and implementing strategies and tactics in areas such as innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making

**Other**:

- This position requires up to 10% of domestic and international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year.
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year.
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year.
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
