Candidates must reside in Portland, Tigard, or Springfield/Eugene, Oregon. This role requires working onsite 23 days per week and traveling to other locations as needed. Position Purpose: Relieves the executive of administrative type functions in order to increase the time the executive has available for senior level responsibilities. Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies and procedures Assists in the preparation and coordination of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, etc Gathers information for board meetings, programs, events or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, preparing materials and assisting with controlling event budget Handles a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of related experience with knowledge of positions concepts, practices and procedures. 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred. Pay Range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
