About the Role
Responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, and for developing relationships with customers and distributor partners. The territory Manager will manage existing business with established customers, while also creating new business opportunities and strategizing to build long-term success for your territory. Plans and implements tactical and strategic sales plans to meet established goals.
Implements and executes the launch strategies developed by the Sales and Marketing organization by providing product introductions and in-services for customers.
Completes a thorough analysis of the territory and identifies key target accounts. Responsible for generating and following-up on sales leads.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information.
Builds relationships with multiple customers within accounts daily.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Supports distributor sales team to achieve sales goals and create new business.
Supports Marketing in the development of education programs for health professionals involved in the use of Company products to accelerate the adoption rates.
Participates in professional society meetings/trade shows.
Maintains and increases professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
Responsible for the storage, handling, and traceability of all territory stock inventory.
Ensures appropriate communication processes are established within and across functional groups. Communicates information related to quality management system effectiveness.

Work Schedule / Supervision
Position:
Full-time: 40 hours per week; potential for more; Remote position; 40-50% travel with overnight stays out of town.
Position Status:
Exempt position; without compensation and without notice
Recommended Education / Experience
Experience: 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
Expected Behaviors / Qualities
Demonstrates strong multitasking ability, ability to sell to any audience, drive to succeed, aptitude to learn technical information quickly, ability to build strong relationships, with a strong work-ethic and competitive nature.
This job operates remotely with frequent travel to assigned territory.
