Sales Administrative Assistant

Location: Calabasas, CA (in office)
Salary: $21.00 - $26.50/hr (DOE)
Schedule: This is a full time temp-to-hire position.

Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, manage schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and handle communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations.
  • Manage the Senior Vice President's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including recording and transcribing minutes.
  • Screen communications, prioritize, and facilitate responses.
  • Coordinate projects involving internal management and staff.
  • Interact with external clients and represent the Senior Vice President at events.
  • Manage executive travel calendar and ensure timely shipment of marketing materials.
  • Assist with invoice processing and maintain logs of expenses.
  • Handle external account websites and online forums.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
