Position Description:
Responsible for commercialization and execution of national and customer specific programs of an assigned brand/product line, working closely with Commercialization Manager, Sr. Marketing Manager and cross-functional team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Owns commercialization tasks for all assigned projects, across both national innovation and customer-specific programs
· Secondary day-to-day contact for cross-functional team and sales team
· Supports development of timelines/trackers for assigned projects
· Data analysis/support (reporting sales/forecast info as needed)
· Attends weekly innovation meetings & provides project updates for assigned projects
· Assists in updating & maintaining project trackers
· Creates national price list/specs and customer-specific spec sheets
· Coordinates samples, mock-ups and shipping in collaboration with team (assisting with shipping as needed)
· Works with internal team to confirm final product, inner & master case spec information
· Facilitates requests from graphics team for concept art, sales sample art, and final production art and follows up with internal team on routing/approvals as needed
· Facilitates N&I requests from Quality (utilizing N&I request form)
· Assigns part #s & UPCs
· Owns new item set-up process
· Oversees external licensor approvals
· Supports development of national sales presentations and coordinates sales materials
· Supports Sr. Marketing Manager in activation and social media efforts as needed
· Provides trade show support – coordinating booth reservations & samples; attending trade shows as needed
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Requirements, and Competencies:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· Minimum of 1-year of project management experience preferred or related/comparable leadership role experience.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage discussions throughout all levels of the organization.
· Experience working with and leading cross functional teams preferred.
· Experience in the CPG industry preferred. Familiarity with seasonal categories preferred.
· Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
· Business acumen that can be leveraged in analysis and task management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
· SAP experience is preferred.
