Here's what you'll do: Provide exceptional support to all internal and external HR inquiries. Maintain accurate and organized digital and electronic employee records. Serve as a point of contact with benefits vendors and administrators. Assist the recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Manage calendars for the HR management team. Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit enrollment documentation. Assist with performance management procedures. Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining detailed agendas. Collaborate with the team to coordinate training sessions and seminars for employee development. Conduct new employee orientations and update records. Generate reports summarizing general HR activities. Contribute to accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving any errors. Complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews. Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices. To be successful, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or similar role. Strong HR administration and people management skills. Familiarity with payroll practices and procedures. Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in email, MS Office Suite, and other relevant HR software and communication tools. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and independently manage assigned responsibilities.
