Position Highlights The Clinic Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the operations of the Psychology Department's Clinical Psychology Program. This position serves an essential role in the daily operations of the program's training clinic (i.e., the Behavioral Health Clinic) and maintaining the program's APA and PCSAS accreditations in clinical psychology. The Clinic Administrative Assistant functions in these roles by being proficient, with minimal supervision, in the use of various tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Products, Qualtrics, REDCap, etc.) to support electronic record keeping, electronic payment and clinic scheduling, documentation of clinic procedures and learning materials, electronic scheduling among program members, and electronic tracking of doctoral student training. Duties & Responsibilities Assisting the Director of Clinical Training with a variety of tasks that contribute directly to the program's APA and PCSAS accreditation in clinical psychology, including gathering data electronically from students, faculty, and alumni of the program, maintaining records, and submitting reports promptly when requested by our accreditation bodies. Assisting the Clinic Director with daily operations of the Behavioral Health Clinic, including: tracking and processing payments; ensuring clinic materials and supplies are ordered and sufficiently stocked; assisting with patient/client recruitment and communications; providing administrative support to student clinicians and clinic volunteers. Assisting the Clinical Program with payments and scheduling, and miscellaneous clerical responsibilities in the service of the program. This individual works with the Clinic Director and Director of Clinical Training to make approved payments for program-level expenses (e.g., accreditation renewal) and to schedule program-level meetings. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
