Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish sales targets, develop sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management, including comprehensive sales reports to the Director of Marketing and Sales on a weekly and monthly basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations according to company policies.
Monitor and reviewing business development activities to ensure quality service and compliance with policies.
Set and communicate sales goals and quotas, motivating team members to achieve targets.
Resolve customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
Proficient in CRM Software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, sales, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, with a track record of success.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least three years of successful sales experience required.
