Job Summary:

The Practice Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding healthcare providers through the onboarding process on the HelloKlarity Marketplace platform. This position involves a blend of client relationship management, teaching and instruction, and support to ensure that providers are aware of their responsibilities and obligations when administering a practice on the HelloKlarity Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Host and conduct detailed onboarding sessions for healthcare providers in a virtual environment.

Provide a comprehensive introduction to compliance and quality expectations within the HelloKlarity Marketplace.

Clarify the continuity of care obligations and ensure providers understand their private practice responsibilities.

Prepare and review the "Ready to Launch" checklist and coordinate final review and launch calls.

Offer guidance on mandatory policies, including quality of care, patient complaints, and code of conduct.

Navigate providers through the setup and use of the Kiwi EHR system, including troubleshooting and technical support.

Communicate effectively with providers to schedule and prepare for onboarding calls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field OR commensurate experience; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in healthcare advisement, compliance, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare delivery.

Highly personable and enjoy meeting with new clients

Healthcare compliance or quality experience a huge plus
