Surestep is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours/week, Monday Thursday) Marketing & Events Assistant. This role will assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities and will perform a variety of administrative and support staff duties.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinating local and national events
  • Providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Assisting education department with course event logistics, record keeping, and technical support
  • Supporting sales department with event planning, customer success initiatives, and administrative tasks
  • Managing customer inquiries and supporting customer service department with projects and initiatives
  • Data entry and general office duties
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or communications, or experience commensurate with the position
  • A valid drivers license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hangers Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Ability

  • Ability to learn through on-the-job training and to multi-task.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard as well as seeing to read and review materials for accuracy.
  • Hearing and speaking to exchange information with customers, and other Surestep staff and the public.
