We have a current opportunity for a D365 Platform/General Operations Administrator (F&O) on a contract basis. The position is 100% remote supporting a client local to Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Create, upgrade, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the environments in Azure Provide support for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing and integrations Design, test and implement technical solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined by business requirements Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments Handle data refreshes to various Tier 2+, Tier 1 and Dev environments Use LCS to perform data refreshes from Prod to Tier-2 + environments Perform point-in-time refreshes within or between environments if needed Export databases to the asset library Unpack bacpac files from Tier-2+ environments to Tier-1 or dev environments Assist with backup databases from SSMS and restore to other environments Use T-SQL post-refresh scripts to update environment-specific data after refreshes Perform configuration tasks within D365 after refreshes to prepare environment for use Code deployments to non-production environments Use Azure DevOps build pipelines to deploy code to Tier-1 build environments Update DevOps pipelines as needed Upload packages to LCS asset library Use LCS to deploy code to Tier-2+ environments Perform environment management (creation, deletion, updates, size management, etc.) Create or delete environments from within LCS Resize or manage environments from Azure portal Apply Microsoft One-version updates to environments from within LCS and troubleshoot any issues encountered Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience At least 5+ years of related working experience with proficiency in Dynamics 365 Administration Demonstrated experience with other Microsoft products such as M365, Azure, Power Platforms, etc. Prior working experience as a Systems Administrator Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration Technical functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, or Inventory
