Storage Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Manager to lead our enterprise storage administration and engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects and leading technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead enterprise storage administration and engineering of major operating platforms
- Lead technical teams and coordinate complex IT projects with multiple IT disciplines
- Ensure configuration management policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed
- Develop and implement integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects
- Manage a database team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff
- Review, manage, and control the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience)
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise system storage and engineering of major operating platforms
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams and coordinating complex IT projects with multiple IT disciplines
