Customer Service Representative

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: $20/hr.
Daily tasks:
Handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, perform data entry, respond to emails, and multitask efficiently with phone interactions and data input; must type at least 35 WPM and be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of customer service experience.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for our employees.
