The Opportunity:

As a strategy and digital transformation consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective strategies is crucial for your client's future. You're eager to apply your consulting experience and organizational management knowledge to develop creative solutions. We're looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

As a consultant on our team, you'll be trusted to help DoD leadership and organizations by applying basic principles and concepts to implement strategies that positively impact organizational value and performance. Using data analysis, strategic frameworks, visualization tools, and change communications, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to solve routine problems and implement transformative management strategies and initiatives.

In this role, you'll directly impact DoD by translating business goals into actionable improvement efforts that harness the power of modern tools and technologies. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:
  • Experience engaging with key organizational stakeholders to understand business objectives
  • Experience executing quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, including the application of data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Knowledge of strategic frameworks and conceptual models
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or Management

Compensation

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
