Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in crafting and executing change management and communication strategies along with implementation plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop stakeholder personas and journey maps.
  • Formulate stakeholder engagement approaches and initiatives.
  • Create multi-channel communication products to effectively reach a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help establish metrics to assess the success of change and communication initiatives.
  • Prepare for discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including client meetings and leadership briefings.
  • Manage multiple assignments while ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery of all outputs.
  • Support the development of briefing materials and concise summaries to communicate program status to senior leaders.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Certification in Change Management, such as PROSCI or equivalent.
  • Experience in consulting for government agencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across all business levels.
  • Capability to adapt swiftly and build successful professional relationships.
  • Experience working within government sectors.
