Xometry is revolutionizing custom manufacturing globally through our AI-powered marketplace. As our Manager, Corporate Communications, you'll play an important role in shaping our public image and driving brand awareness with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Reporting to the company's Chief Communications Officer, the manager will help in nearly all facets of public relations/corporate communications for the publicly traded company, including: assisting with the creation of press releases, social media content, influencer engagement, internal communications, media research and development, and coordination with buyers, suppliers and third-party partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic communication plans to enhance Xometry's reputation and visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of communication initiatives
  • Craft compelling content, including press releases, website copy, and social media posts
  • Research, identify and cultivate relationships with key reporters, influencers and other potential third-party ambassadors
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering trust and advocacy among key stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role, with a focus on B2B audiences
  • Experience in the technology industry is heavily desired
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Video production skills are a plus
  • Experience with content marketing, media relations, and crisis communication
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
