Job Overview

This role reports to the Community Association Managers and the General Manager.

This position is a training position for future Community Association Managers. Advancement depends upon successful job results plus staffing needs.

Relocation is not provided, and travel is not required.
This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.

Overview
All Points Community Management Group is an Association Management firm that works with a portfolio of neighborhood association clients for the metropolitan Lexington, KY area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with and take direction from Community Association Managers

a. Gathering information for Budgets

b. Update and keep the Association Binder current

c. Respond the same day to emails and phone calls

d. Communicate with Board of Directors, Vendors, and homeowners regarding the essentials of their duties and community items.

e. Respond to and manage homeowner Maintenance and other requests.

2. Manage the administrative function of PMG, including but not limited to:

a. Follow-up on Violations

b. Research work order requests

c. Assist with monthly Association Reports

d. Assist / direct client mailings

3. Manage Contractors

a. Monitor insurance expirations

b. Assist with specifications for bidding

c. Communicate with contractors as requested

d. Coordinate contractor activities as directed by the AMs

e. Participate in meetings with contractors

4. Assist Homeowners as Directed by the AMs

a. Addressing complaints and resolving problems

b. Verbal and written communications with homeowners

5. Periodic property site visits

6. Meetings

a. Attend Periodic Board of Director Meetings

7. Communications

a. Quarterly Newsletters for each Neighborhood (as directed by AM)

8. Continue to Learn

a. Attend weekly job-related training sessions and seminars

b. Maintain a willingness to learn new job-related skills

9. Be A Responsible PMG Employee (Both)

a. Adhere to Paragon policies

b. Represent Paragon in a professional manner

Education

1. Minimum high school education with some college coursework desirable

2. Prior Community Association Training preferred
