CPM Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost savings across our organization.
Job SummaryThe Corporate Purchasing Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing category management strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category management strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best-in-class pricing and delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models to inform procurement decisions
- College degree or 6+ years of purchasing, procurement, or category management experience
- Experience with raw and direct materials, preferably in heavy equipment
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestic and internationally
