What You Need to Succeed Must be bilingual in Spanish and English To excel in this role, you should possess: Must have previous Public Accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or other applicable certification is preferred. Proven experience as an Accounting Manager in a CPA firm or similar professional services environment. Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
