Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email and live chat. Responsibilities include: data entry, resolving inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
Requirements:
- College Degree
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Problem Solving
- Ability to Multitask
- Prior Customer Service Experience Preferred
