Job Title: Purchase Order Coordinator
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Fairfield, NJ
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree REQUIRED
+ 3 years of experience in Customer Service/customer service.
Job Functions:
+ Enter purchase orders received within the times defined within the service agreement.
+ Carry out the entire process established during order entry: inventory review, lead-times, approvals, among others.
+ Support the country and sellers in charge in all requests they have with functional areas and after-sales processes.
+ Follow up on orders placed until they are delivered. Communicate to the client the status of the orders and delivery dates or news.
