Job Description:
As a Supply Chain CRM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes by managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer data, facilitating communication between various departments, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention within our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate communication with customers across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Optimize CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to employees on CRM usage.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate CRM performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the quality of all accessories..
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM system administration, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
