Global Marketing and Strategy Director , you hold a key leadership role in the Global Aerospace team, leading all aspects of segment strategies, product branding, digital marketing, communications, as well as strategy and M&A.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, M&A and Business Modeling: 3-5 year strategy planning, new business modeling, actively lead and participate M&A deals and activities. Marketing and Segment Strategy: Lead and drive segment deep dives, new segment entry strategies in the pursuit of new revenue sources. Collaborate with Aerospace leadership team to identify market opportunities, industry technologies and trends. Brand Management: Lead global brand construct and trademarks. Digital Business Services: Own the development of commercialization strategy. Manage the digital capital budget, the maintenance and enhancement of all existing customer facing digital services software and hardware. Drive development of e-commerce model. Oversight for marketing communications strategy. Ambassador for external stake holders such as government and industry associations. Managing trade show promotional activities. Responsible for overseeing preparation of all communications including board presentations, executive committee presentations, external stakeholder presentations. Qualifications

15+ years proven track record in strategic and operational marketing in relevant industry. Extensive knowledge of finance, operations, M&A. Degree in Marketing, Business, Technical field or equivalent work experience preferred, and experience in more than one country. Understanding of the sales process, product ranges and propositions. Understanding of global manufacturing and supply chain. Excellent people skills - ability to lead, influence and empower outside of line management is crucial. Good tactical and strategic market sense with strong multi-tasking skills. Aerospace industry experience highly preferred. Must be US Citizen. Travel up to 25% Additional Details:

Starting base salary $180,000+, Bonus, LTI You will work onsite in Sylmar, CA. #LI-Onsite You will report to VP of Global Aerospace. You will be eligible for health benefits, paid vacation and holidays, 401K, and much more.
