The Marketing Specialist role is intended for a marketing-educated individual who has a strong understanding of marketing concepts, some hands-on experience with ad platforms, the ability to draft copy and generate simple creative assets, pays great attention to detail, and can learn quickly. This role will require curiosity, an innovative mindset, and an appreciation of quantitative support for marketing decisions. The marketing specialist will be responsible for supporting multiple channels including sales enablement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. Create digital marketing assets using Canva to leverage in paid social advertising, various partnerships, display ads, and to support sales enablement. Build an asset repository with original and stock images, branded content, and videos. Manage website update requests and pass them on to developers in coordination with marketing manager. Develop templates for case studies, presentations, infographics, and other marketing documents to support internal and external initiatives. Support management of webinars and other marketing events, either remotely or in-person (as needed). Post content in social media channels on a regular cadence, respond to DMs (as appropriate), and direct prospects/leads to sales resources. Analyze and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting to maximize lead generation rates. Support reconciliation of invoicing, purchase orders, and other contract-related follow ups via Accounts Payable and Finance. Draft paid search ads, optimize website content for SEO under the supervision of the marketing manager, and create valuable email content to share with lead list. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation activities, such as lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, to stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support demand generation initiatives and expand reach in target markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year of experience in marketing Basic proficiency+ running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, organic social media, and Meta Ads Intermediate proficiency+ with any email marketing platform (Pardot preferred) Basic proficiency+ in Google Analytics 4 Intermediate proficiency+ in Microsoft Office products A desire for continuous learning and professional development Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Ability to clear required background check Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and follow-through, and resourcefulness/entrepreneurial mindset Exceptional written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to build strong working relationships

Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate this position will pay $13.06 - $25.97 per hour. This is a temporary/contractor role, and you will be an employee of Randstad. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
