Are you passionate about cars and enjoy keeping things in top shape? Join our team as a Lot/Vehicle Prep SpecialistThis role is perfect for someone who loves working both indoors and outdoors and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our car inventory shines online and in person, assisting our sales and marketing teams to create the best first impression for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Inventory Management: Capture high-quality photos of new and used cars, and upload them to our website. You’ll help showcase our inventory to attract online shoppers.
  • Quality Assurance: Double-check the work from our detail department to ensure every vehicle is showroom-ready before hitting the lot.
  • Lot Maintenance: Keep our lot pristine by clearing trash and debris, organizing vehicles, and ensuring everything is in place for our customers.
  • Vehicle Transportation: Move vehicles between departments for service, inventory control, or even deliver vehicles to other dealerships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses: A valid Driver's License.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, professional appearance, and the ability to follow instructions. It would be best if you also were tech-savvy enough to manage our inventory systems.
  • Physical Requirements: This role involves being on your feet, moving around the lot, and occasionally lifting items over 50 lbs. You’ll be both indoors and outdoors, experiencing all weather conditions.
