Duties:

Work with and resolve escalated helpdesk requests from managed service provider

Provide support for AV equipment and meetings (in-person & virtual)

Image and deploy new user setups (Computer & Desk setup)

Inventory and software management of IT assets including asset auditing.

Help with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, MDM systems

Help support and manage Windows and Apple environment

Education:

Bachelors degree or 2-4 years of experience in a related field

Microsoft Certifications are a plus

Languages:

English( Speak, Read, Write )

Certifications & Licenses:

Certifications are a plus

Skills:

Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting

Experience with supporting mobile devices such iPhones, iPads, Android with an Mobile Device

Manager (MDM)

Experience with Active Directory operations

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications

Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems

Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
