We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing specialist who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. You should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

The following job duties apply:

The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales and engineering staff to create communication programs that effectively describe and promote products. Primary responsibilities include developing and managing various forms of content, implementing social media strategy, monitoring, and reporting on SEO and other metrics, and managing and planning global trade shows and events. Represent the company at events & trade shows. Be a part of a team that creates and promotes articles, videos, blogs, and other communications and help ensure optimal delivery of content, targeting new audiences, and increasing audience engagement across multiple channels. Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs. Gathers materials to understand projects and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze materials to determine the most effective communications techniques. Coordinate and develop website content, manage edits/general site maintenance. Propose communications campaigns which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia. Coordinate and create content with marketing, engineering, and sales staff for emails, press releases, case studies, white papers, blogs, video scripts, and presentations. Manage social medial accounts; scheduling and creating posts responding to followers, and monitoring engagement. Plan and manage events calendar, implementation schedules, and budget. Provide logistical support for all domestic and global tradeshows/events/seminars including packing, shipping, registrations, marketing collateral, giveaways, etc. Help drive SEO strategy including identifying content gaps, page optimizations, and technical needs. Help maintain and coordinate marketing resources library for collateral, case studies, white paper, articles, etc. Coordinate relationships with outside vendors as assigned.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or related field 3 years of experience in a content marketing, communications, event planning and/or digital media support role Experience in managing events such as conferences, sales meetings, and other commercial event activities; experience managing multiple events/logistics simultaneously. Entrepreneurial mindset & multi-tasking problem solving Previous experience with robotics and/or life sciences products and services is preferred.
