Regional Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities within the designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.

REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of Business Development experience 5+ years of Sales experience 5+ years of Client Relations experience 5+ years of strategic partnerships experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Willingness to travel within the designated region as required Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the region. Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
