What you will be doing... YourIMPACT

  • Coordinate with candidates to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
  • Arrange background checks and schedule physical and drug tests for pre-employment screenings.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via our dedicated recruiting line and recruitment email.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and training programs.
  • Provide updates to candidates and answer any questions regarding the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating onsite hiring events.
What we are looking for...

You will need to have:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities with limited notice.
  • Dependability in attendance.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Junior or Senior standing is preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
