  • Assist in the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

Performance Management

  • Lead the development and implementation of a performance management system that reflects the fast-paced and innovative nature of the smart electronics industry.
  • Train managers on performance evaluation techniques that encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct frequent market analysis to retain the company’s competitive advantage in the smart electronics sector.
  • Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment standards to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and encourages different perspectives.

Safety and Continuous Improvement

  • Possess fundamental knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols in manufacturing work settings.
  • Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR functions and within the broader organization.

General HR Responsibilities

  • Advise and support employees and management on HR-related matters, promoting an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Participate in strategic HR planning and execution to support organizational goals and employee growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or at least 5 years of HR experience.
  • Experience ideally in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance regulations, and industry standards relevant to the manufacturing of smart electronics.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GMPs, safety protocols in manufacturing work settings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Someone up for the challenge of working with a startup mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese)
