This position will require you to be in Cleveland, OHWe are in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH

The Integrated Marketing Specialist's responsibilities include coordinating and implementing Marketing initiatives or campaigns which influence the acquisition and retention of new business. This role makes recommendations for, and may develop, innovative, actionable marketing and media plans to accomplish marketing objectives such as content sales growth, brand awareness, product interest and engagement (lead generation), app installation or trial, or customer satisfaction. Working with management, this position will coordinate or 'project manage' marketing asset creation, campaign execution and performance analysis for each initiative or campaign.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tactical marketing plans that seamlessly integrate across channels and effectively engage target audiences.
  • Assist with planning campaigns using owned, earned (PR) and paid media for industry publications/websites and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google AdWords and YouTube along with in-house Advertising, PR and Social Media teams.
  • Monitor performance of marketing assets to ensure optimal performance and contribute recommendations for improvements for each campaign.
  • Establish and maintain relationships and good communication in coordination with key internal department members to carry out and ensure maximization of marketing campaign goals, timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are executed within the established budget and maintain production schedules.
  • Assist with coordination of campaign timelines and production schedules.
  • Organize data and prepare campaign reports.
  • Work collaboratively cross-departmentally.
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions to help develop a strong campaign strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0 - 3+ years of related experience (i.e., ad agency, marketing, promotions, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with internal and external customers, as well as be an enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to juggle demands of fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
