What you'll do here:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine learner-focused training programs focused on service and quality.
  • Deliver SOP based training to Associates both in person and virtually
  • Develop new Associate On-Boarding Plan in partnership with HR Team
  • Deliver on-boarding to all new hires across the enterprise.
  • Deliver refresher training to Care Associates (customer contact center) in a predominantly virtual setting.
  • Foster a welcoming and open environment for new associates joining the Customer Care team
  • Utilize a variety of training methods including web-based learning modules, live Teams presentations, demonstration videos, and interactive activities, all tailored to the unique needs of Companion Protect.
  • Develop and pressure test Standard Operating Procedure documents and accompanying job aids.
  • Maintain training records and over time, make recommendations for an LMS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of service standards, branding, and regulatory requirements per policy guidelines.
  • Understand and stay current with company processes and procedures
  • Assist with system testing as needed and provide recommendations for enhancements to streamline and standardize processes.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by Executive Director and/or Manager
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 3-5 + years of experience in a professional training or educational role.
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, working with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts in a clear and comprehensive manner
  • Ability to work independently and in cooperation with team members
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve issues
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving and growing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and multi-task effectively
  • Experience with Learning Management System
  • Detailed experience with Salesforce, highly preferred
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, telephony, and other contact center environments preferred
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
Where you'll work: This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday through Thursday in the office.
