As our company prepares for our annual benefit open enrollment season, we are actively hiring

50 TEMPORARY CUSTOMER-ORIENTED SERVICE SPECIALISTS

If you have any type of professional customer service experience, we invite you to apply immediately.

We are also interviewing professionals actively life and health licensed OR non-licensed with benefits experience.

Non-Licensed Professional Pay Rate: $18-19/hr

Licensed Professional Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

PAY AND PERKS:

  • Paid on-the-job benefit insurance training in our Overland Park Corporate Office
  • Competitive hourly wage, bi-weekly payday, W2 temporary employee
  • Pre-set work schedules, company-provided equipment, casual dress code, engaging office environment
  • Retention bonus: $150 - $250 VISA Gift Card earned after fully meeting performance & end-of-assignment expectations
  • Referral bonus: $100 VISA Gift Card when you refer qualified licensed/non-licensed service resources who are hired
OPERATING SCHEDULE:
  • 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, operating hours stagger between 7:00am - 7:00pm CT
  • No travel
  • October to November 2024
DUTIES:

Trained to be responsible for conducting individual personalized benefit insurance review sessions by phone during the client's open enrollment period to ensure that each employee has a good understanding of their financial risks and benefit options available to them.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • HIGHLY proficient with use of a keyboard & headset and operating systems knowledge, this is tested during the interview process as we do not offer computer-user training
  • Working knowledge functioning on varied communication platforms including Zoom and Google, this is tested during the interview process
  • Clear telephonic verbal communication skill
  • Professional demeanor with client's employees and company co-workers
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills resulting in positive outcomes for those we serve
  • Strict commitment to adhere to the scheduled 40 hour week for the entire duration of the temporary period; consistent attendance is mandatory as a condition of temporary employment
